The first open-source release.
A lot of things have changed internally, and several things have been fixed. Some things may still be broken, but a lot of testing has been run on the new build.
This is the first step toward getting some other people working on this project, and also toward eventually bringing it into Archipelago.
Music has been moved to an external pack to avoid keeping it in Github.
Releases here will include the music pack. Releases on Github will not.
I reached out well over a decade ago (I think on AIM) when I was a wet-behind-the-ears comp sci student wanting to help out with SoMEdit. These days, I'm VP of Engineering at a pure C# house. I'm thrilled to see this open sourced, and that it's C#, and hope to contribute soon!
