- Fix a couple boss maps putting you on the wrong layer in boss rush mode

- Fix "starts with" prizes not working for open world plando, and some other plando adjustments

- Fix text not wrapping properly at the start of open world "flammie drum in logic" seeds

- Fix boss doors in ancient cave warping you to the wrong map, or a non-existent map

- Fix ancient cave element NPCs glitching out because they were trying to move, and didn't have a movement animation

- Fix issue where ancient cave ruins exit on the bottom of the map would sometimes warp you back to inside the wall on floor 1

- Fix issue with Chaos mode length trackbar always selecting the minimum value.

- Fix issue where Open World "kinda easy" and "sorta hard" difficulties were not able to generate.

- Modify version update check to look at Github tags instead of a text file on my Dropbox, which probably wasn't even working anymore.

v1.37

 The first open-source release.

A lot of things have changed internally, and several things have been fixed.  Some things may still be broken, but a lot of testing has been run on the new build.

This is the first step toward getting some other people working on this project, and also toward eventually bringing it into Archipelago.

Music has been moved to an external pack to avoid keeping it in Github.

Releases here will include the music pack.  Releases on Github will not.
