Random fixes
- Autosave won't be written immediately upon save file load (which executes a door, and previously triggered it); only when actually going through a door
- Fix ability to skip werewolf and dark stalker fights by talking to NPCs
- Maybe fix weapon ordering issue where you can't select the Javelin if the girl leaves your party and then comes back
