A bunch of things.

- Add SD3's "Sacrifice Part 3" to the list of random battle themes.
- Various fixes to a bunch of imported music.
- Increase the chances of getting elemental weapons.
- Add a few elemental weapon types.  All 8 elements should be able to come up now.
